Founded in 2006 by Pedro Pablo Pena, Director of the International Ballet Festival of Miami, CCBM is solely dedicated to performing and preserving the classical ballet repertoire as exemplified by the world renowned Cuban ballet tradition. CCBM is the only professional ballet company in Miami that produces classical ballet works exclusively.

International Ballet Festival of Miami
Summer Intensive 2026

The Cuban Classical Ballet of Miami (CCBM), is pleased to offer the 2026 IBFM Summer Intensive Program & Workshops, in collaboration with the International Ballet Festival of Miami. 

This program is for students ages 12 - 18 who dance at an intermediate to advanced level.

The program is focused on the Cuban Classical Ballet Technique and will also include:

Physical Conditioning, Variation, Pointe, Pas de Deux, Choreography, Contemporary Dance, Jazz, Dance History, Stage Makeup, & a unique chance to dance at several different venues across Miami, Miami Beach, Broward, & Homestead
